Reporting in from Bikes & Beers

As most of you know, the NH Bikes & Beers Event ended up as a virtual event due to COVID-19.  We’d like to give a special shout-out to the Bikes & Beers organization who adapted so effectively to all the restraints of this pandemic.  The NH event had 141 virtual participants….thank you to all of you who participated in this challenge.  Over 90 additional  riders transferred their registration to 2021 and we hope that by summer 2021 we can put this horrible pandemic behind us and hold the best ever NH Bikes & Beer ride with Smuttynose Brewery.

For those of you eagerly awaiting your Swag packages, they are almost ready to go out!  Unfortunately, there were some serious delays on production and shipment times for some items due to covid 19.

In the end, Bikes & Beers  had to postpone ALL of their physical 2020 events to next year.  Here is their official response on their website https://bikesandbeers.com/coronavirus-response/

To keep us all moving, Bikes & Beers just launched a new virtual running event called The Hops Trot, and Smuttynose is one of the host locations to redeem beer tokens.  Feeding America  is the nationwide beneficiary.
