Bike-Walk Alliance of NH works with many State Committees to keep abreast of legislation that could affect bicyclists and pedestrians in our state.

This has been an ongoing and painful issue for local bike advocacy organization SABR (Seacoast Area Bike Riders) who has spent many hours organizing opposition to the absurd notion of dismantling a portion of this flagship bike lane.

Consistent with its mission to advocate for improved conditions for walking and biking statewide, BWANH has convened a Vulnerable Road User (VRU) Committee to explore whether a VRU law is needed in New Hampshire.
