Bike-Walk Alliance Launches New Logo

Bike-Walk Alliance of New Hampshire (BWANH) recently announced its new brand identity, logo and updated website features. These changes come at a time when the organization is moving forward with new partnerships and plans for 2021 and beyond.

“We are always looking for ways to expand our reach and better serve our supporters, partners and
active transportation and recreation communities. We hope our new branding, logo, and website
improvements will inspire people to take a fresh look at what we do,” says Paula Bedard, President of
BWANH.

The cornerstones of BWANH are Policy, Infrastructure and Education. The organization promotes and
supports policies on the local, state and federal level that protect and serve pedestrians and bicyclists.

“We work tirelessly to expand infrastructure for safe walking and biking in our communities, including
more and better bike lanes, rail trails, sidewalks and Complete Streets,” says Bedard. “Our focus on
safety education helps New Hampshire’s residents and visitors to ride and walk more, and do so in the
safest ways possible.”

“We’ve also revamped our e-newsletter providing it in a more accessible blog format that allows for
commenting and engagement.”

A newly updated website features clean, easy-to-navigate pages and additional content for visitors,
including events, links to bicycling clubs, other advocacy organizations, safety resources, and
information on how to volunteer and support BWANH. The site also provides more direct links to
partners and supporters who help further promote BWANH’s mission.

“I hope people will understand that at our core, we are a group of dedicated individuals who are
passionate about being the voice for bicyclists and pedestrians statewide. If you value having laws that
better protect bicyclists and pedestrians, law enforcement officials and agencies that are well educated
on the rights of these transportation modes, and communities and policies that are built to serve
bicyclists and walkers as well as they serve motorists, please consider supporting BWANH with a
donation.”
