Bike Talk: Cycling in Solidarity

On September 22nd, from 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm, find out how Queen City Bike Collective is breaking down barriers to make the world of cycling more available to everyone. (Register for this online Zoom session on EventBrite! See link below.)

Cycling is for everyone, but it doesn’t always feel that way. Gatekeeping. Stigma. Transportation inequity. Queen City Bike Collective believes a more equitable future is possible for all cyclists. Find out how QC Bike is working to make this future a reality! In this Bike Talk, we will explore ways that organizations, businesses and individuals can break down barriers and make the world of cycling more inclusive in New Hampshire.

Presenter Marlee Townsend from the QC Bike Collective is a communications specialist with a background in human rights research and advocacy. She believes in community-centric solutions rooted in sustainability and justice. Co-presenter Tammy Zamoyski, also with QC Bikes, has a background in urban planning and has been an active transportation advocate over the past ten years. She is an avid bike commuter, mountain biker and roadie.

Zoom in for this free 1-hour live “Bike Talk” session. Ask your questions in real-time. Zoom link info will be provided to registered participants.
