Bike-Walk board member Phil Goff generously agreed to teach a workshop last year on the Federal Highway Administration’s Small Town and Rural Multimodal Networks Guide, produced by Phil’s employer, Alta Planning + Design. This workshop was a joint effort of Bike-Walk and the NHDOT Bicycle-Pedestrian Advisory Committee.
